*From 1985 to 2005, youth aged 15-29 accounted for 28% of all positive HIV test reports in Canada.
*There are approximately 58,000 people living with HIV/AIDS in Canada.
7 artists invite you to immerse yourself, as they did for this project, into the world of an HIV positive person through 7 original surrealist photo composites photographed by Bob Hendriks and created by Jean-Pierre Pérusse. Visualize how an HIV positive person perceives society when afflicted by this disease. This intimate, emotional and personal depiction deals with misinformation and misconception.
Exhibition Contents:
